Welcome to the home of Nissekatt Norwegian Forest Cats.  Nissekatt is a small cattery located in the Cumming, Georgia. We have been breeding Norwegian Forest Cats since 1980, first under Zazzara cattery and in 1982 formed a partnership with Mary Buckmaster and Nissekatt cattery was established.  Today, Nissekatt cattery is owned by Susan, Jeffrey and Christina Shaw.  Jeff is a computer programmer for New York Life, Sue is a graphic artist/web designer who works part time for Sort.org, an environmental and animal welfare web site and Christina is 12 years old and in 6th Grade.  Christina is a singer, dancer and a model is currently getting established in her new neighborhood. Christina has her own web site. We are proud members of the Norwegian Forest Cat Fanciers' Association and as such abide by their Constititution and By-Laws.
